LG G pro lite comes with two pre-installed live wallpapers, polar bear and the little prince, live wallpaper is wallpaper that have animations/motions.
If you accidentally delete/uninstall these two live wallpaper, and you want to get it back again, you can download the apk from link below :

Anyway if you don't know how to setup live wallpaper on LG G pro lite, you can go to Settings > Home screen > Wallpaper > Live Wallpapers > choose the live wallpaper.
Note :
- polar bear and the little prince live wallpaper also works on other device
- using live wallpaper will drain your phone's battery faster than regular wallpaper
